Growing up in a home where creativity and hands-on craft were simply part of daily life. Her father, meanwhile, had a passion for property - always reshaping, rebuilding, and reinventing homes with quiet determination to achieve more with less. He showed that space is never static; it grows and adapts with the people who live within it. Together, her parents instilled a respect for both the art and the function of home.
After years of transforming properties in her native Stockholm, London, and now Dubai, Frida has become known for her project management skills, thoughtful material choices that respect each property’s surroundings, and talent for transforming houses – from first sketch to final styling.
Her own home in VH is a testament to her craft and serves as a living showroom for BIOME’s philosophy.
Frida doesn’t believe in trends or templates. She believes in personal design and in listening to the architecture, the light, the lifestyle - and most importantly, to her clients whilst respecting the budget and the timelines.
